Hello,
I hope that you had a great weekend! Mine was great other then Saturday evening. I had a couple of friends over to watch the Habs vs Leafs game on Saturday night. Unfortunately for me the Habs lost and most of them were leafs fans so I had to endure a lot of chirping the rest of the evening from them.
As we all know we are in a big Sellers Market, competitively priced homes are selling for multiple offers very quickly. If you are looking for a house under $400,000 in Kingston right now you really need to have a strategy and realtor on your team who is looking for properties for you before they come out or at least notifying you of properties right away so that you have a chance to compete!
