If you own a home and are up for renewal this year you will want to know these but more importantly though you need to know exactly when your renewal is up!

You should talk to your mortgage lender and find out when is a good time to lock in your new term. This is also the cheapest time to sell your home as you won’t have to pay any prepayment penalties.
